Propnex Marketing Agent

I have requested Propnex Property Agent to try to market my property out tomorrow.

My nett price for the apartment is 600K which 20K will go to Agent's Commission and bankers' fees.

With a profit of 230K, I hope to reinvest in a new Condo with better facing and environment. Citylight looks like a good catch but the prices for the studio is currently at 650K. Very high for a 99 years 500 Sqft Studio.

Nevertheless, Propnex is only trying. They might not be able to find buyer that can afford my Melville Park Apartment.

I can still afford to hold on to the unit till January 2008.

May Buddha help me.
