Nan Hua Primary School

For the past 2 years, I have been taking project from Nan Hua Primary School for their P6 Graduation Ceremony.

Photography and Videography to be exact.

Lestin will handle Videography while Leon will handle Photography.

I am not very satisfied with Leon's Photography this year. I had a quarrel with him over this issue and I am very sad and depressed after that.

Today, I will going down to Tanjong Pagar to collect the pics. I hope everything turns out well.

Tomorrow, I hope to go back to School and sell the pics.

I wonder if Leon can apply leave and assist me.

Not sure yet.

Mark Foo

Daniel has intro one of his friends, Mark Foo to me for the purpose of taking pics.

I am searching for models to add to my portfolio collections.

Been talking to Mark Foo on and off thru MSN but never met him until 2 weeks ago.

I met him at Samuel Birthday drinking party on 10th Nov. Samuel is Alex BF and Alex is intro to me thru Mark Foo.

He is a friendly guy. He can talk many things and he is very boyish cute looking!

He has proposed this coming Saturday which is 24th Nov for the picture taking. It will be held at his friend's place at Emerald Hill.

He has booked a table at Soup Kitchen at 7.30pm for dinner.

We will do the shoots after dinner.

I hope everything goes on well that day.

Volatile Stocks Market

STI has been down for several days and my paper loss is close to 10K now.

I am very worried but there is nothing I can do now except just to pray hard.

Wonderful Day with Shuhyi & Leon

This afternoon, Shuhyi came over to my place and as usual, we met at Gombak MRT. Shuhyi had bought pig knuckle for black bean soup and bee hoon.

I bought prawns and sotong and of course, some green vegetables and wanton too!

Spent afternoon making wanton and whipping up delicious dishes for the evening.

Leon came over at 3pm and he helped me install Rulang Primary School Video which they want it by 8th November.

Leon also helped Shuhyi solved her laptop problem.

Had an interesting day staying at home spending quality time with 2 of my best friends!

Share Market In Red ...

Looks like I am hitting the wall very soon. STI and Dow has been extremely volatile these few days and what a luck, I actually went in when the market is soaring at its greatest height!!!

I really regretted buying those chips and I hope Buddha will bless me on this coming Monday. I hope STI will rally and I can recoup back my losses.

It seems like I never will learn from my past mistake. I lose 15k in stock market many years ago and 15k in unit trust which I invested thru' my CPF.

Many years later, I still commit the same mistake. I never learnt that Cash is King!

Celebration with Shuh Yi on 21st October 2007

Called Shuh Yi on 21st morning and asked if she wanted to come out for a chat and at the same time to celebrate my 33rd Birthday. She gladly agreed.

We went for simple lunch at Tiong Bahru Market. I had Lor Mee while she has Pig Organs soup.

After our lunch, we went to Harborfront and from there, we took the free shangrila bus to Sentosa.

It was a crowded Sunday. The beach was packed with people.

I took some pictures of her and we came back Singapore around 6pm.

She bought me a Bossini Polo Shirt as a gift.

I bought her dinner at Thai Express. Very good dinner.

Enjoyed that day very much.

Birthday Celebration on 19th October 2007

Lemmie is very nice!

He has Marriott Hotel Poolside dining voucher and both of us went there for set dinner on 19th Oct.

We had fish steak and although it is not fantastically nice, I still enjoy that as the ambience is good.

We even have a birthday cake, a rich chocolate cake to be exact.

It is always nice going out with Lemmie.

Shares

Last Wednesday, out of boredom, I went into my UOB Kayhian online account and started buying 3 shares.

They are China Oil Field, Genting International and Singtel.

I do not know if it is my bad luck or what. Each time I bought shares, that particular shares will dip like hell!!!

I lost approx. $1K on paper.

Never mind, I will hold and wait for next uphill roller coaster ride.

Horny Goat Weed

Lemmie accompanied me to Plaza Singapura two days ago.

We went to buy GNC and Aussino products.

As I have a 40 percent discount on all items due to my birthday, Lemmie decided to buy a box of pycnogenol at $324 (After discount). I did not buy any this time as I still have 6 months supply of pycnogenol. I will buy that when Lemmie birthday comes next coming March.

I saw something interesting!

GNC is selling Horny Goat Weed. Just this name alone will tickle anyone that has the sense of what is horny! It cost around $67.00 for 60 pills.

This product claims to help men who are in stress and is having difficulty performing on bed. It has almost the same effects as Tongkat Ali.

I bought 2 bottles hoping to test if it really work!

Have yet to review that as at to-date.

Will update on the effects as soon as possible.

Annuity System

I am very annoyed by the Government decision to make annuity a compulsory instance itemf ro all citizens.

If only I can outlived 85 then this annuity will be beneficial to the insurer. I do not think I can outlive 85. Maybe at aged 70, I would have gone to see Buddha or maybe slightly earlier. I am not sure. No one knows.

I do not understand why the Government is unable to take of those aged 85 and above when we are contributing so much for the country. I believe we have a huge reserves but that amount is kept confidential and no one seems to know except that only particluar L family.

I hope someone can come to our rescue on how to avoid this annuity thing.

Urbanmale Clothings

I do not know since when Singapore has this very Gay concept Clothing Store.

I saw 2 shops at Heeren selling their products. Their clothes are very gay!

One of the items which is worth mentioning is they sell C-IN2 briefs.

This briefs ia actually the male version of a push-up bra but instead of a bra, this is a briefs and is to make the bulge looks bigger.

I wanted to see what is inside the briefs but all the briefs are hidden inside the box and I dare not approach the sales people to show me. Nevertheless, I managed to see how it works thru' some websites showing the same brand of briefs.

I dun think that appeals to me after viewing how it works. The balls have to be slotted into a mini pouch inside the briefs and the penis will be in a 6.30pm position which I dun think that will feels comfortable.

Somehow, this is a very daring concepy shop.

Sex Toy!

Daniel whom I get to know through Joe and also one of my volunteers for the Photo Sessions wanted to see what is in the Sex Shop.

I accompanied him to the Sex Shop at Orchard Emerald yesterday.

It was on the 2nd storey hidden at one corner.

The salesgirl or I should say the lady boss is a very daring lady. She asked us have we tried a masturbator before. We said no and she recommended us one new japan model.

Recently, there are many celebrities starting to write blogs.

Examples are Quan Yi Feng and Bryan Wong.

I like to read Quan's blog as I like her frankness on her personal opinion. Some people just like to pretend too much on their blogs that you dun feel the realistic in the story. Am I talking about myself? Haha...

I admire people who has the courage to tell the truth.

I do not.

I am wary of many things. I am wary if what people will think about me. I am wary of what the Government will do to me if I speak the truth from the bottom of my heart. Dilemna.

Anyway, it is good to start a blog and start typing.

Time flies, I have been blogging for close to a year. I started blogging last year, December and today is already 14th October 2007. If I did not blog, I would not be able to record the many events that had happened during the past few months.

Many things have happened!

Be it good or bad, I have to carry on with life and my blog helps me to note it down and learn from the lessons where necessary.

A few days ago while talking to Daniel thru MSN, I realised I have lost touch with Pop Songs for a long season!

Only now then I know who are Gwen Stefani, Nelly Fertado, Melanie C etc.

Their songs are good and I must admit that.

I like 4 in the morning by Gwen Stefani especially.

Perhaps I am too engrossed in my New Age Music that I have neglected my sense of music instinct.

I used to have great sense of music instinct when I was younger as I even can teach my younger brother each and every sentence of the lyrics and explain what it meant. My poor brother whom was like 8 or 9 years old of cos will not understand the songs as much as I do but I dun care. I just like to teach people about songs when I was young. Haha...

Now, I must take my time machine and return to Year 2007. I have been sleeping for too long.

It's time to wake up.

Joe (Khalid)

I got to know this malay guy called Khalid two years ago.

He was a free lance masseur and interested in being my model for photographic project.

I saw him 4 times and photo sessions were held during those 4 sessions.

He MSN me last week asking if I can do a Music Video for him for his coming Commercial Music Project.

I told him since this is a commercial project, it will cost him approx. 5K.

He said he has no money.

I dun bother as I dun entertain people like him.

Batam Houses

Yesterday I read from Straits Times that an elderly couple who has bought a House in Batam witnessed the vanishing of their house.

It is really sad to hear that they have spent 135K on the house and the house was built but no electricity was given. They could not rent out the house due to that reason. They even spent 20K on renovation.

A few months later, they saw some construction worker tearing down some units and they thought the workers are demolishing and upgrading the houses.

The shocking news and sight befall them when they revisited their house a few weeks later. Their house is gone! It is a vacant land now.

Sounds like a tragedy!

Luckily I did not buy a house in Batam when there was a Batam Property Sale at Harborfront a few months ago. Sounds like it is a scam afterall.

PSP Lite!

Finally I have bought myself a PSP as a reward to myself!

This is the latest version which is slimmer and lighter than the previous version.

I bought export modified set at $280. No warranty as usual.

I have been enjoying playing my set since Friday after obtaining SATA report.

I would like to buy one set for Lemmie but he said he has no time to play. I think that's true as he already has so much things to keep him occupied.

Funeral Hub at Thomson?

Someone brought up this issue when the Transport Minister was at his round talking to residents of Thomson.

They were not happy with URA decision to build a DIE-SYLAND concept Funeral Hub at Thomson.

That plot of land is too near to HDB and Private Condominiums. Residents are unhappy.

Come to think of it, who will be happy to see a Funeral Hub at own's house backyard?

Perhaps it should be built at Orchard since they prefer the Hub to be central.

It seems like some people just do not have the brains to plan.

Contact Number has changed!!!

Finally, my old contact number has been discarded.

I have decided to live life afresh by having a new number.

Not many people knows my new number though.

I hate to receive calls from stupid unreasonable clients.

I hope this new number will bring me new luck too!

Dying soon?

I went for SATA healthcheck last Friday and the Technician that was in charge of the ultrasound scanning told me I have many stones in my gall bladder.

I know I will not die because of that but it might complicate many things.

I should have watched my diet more closely.

I should have stopped eating instant noodles.

I should have exercised more regularly.

I should have taken more fibre.

I should have ...

Too many I should have.

I will know the result this Friday when I see the Doctor.

Filial Piety

Actually I am not in any position to discuss about this topic.

Since young, I do not know what is love from parents and neither do I know how to appreciate the love of giving to parents.

My Dad dun bother about me. My Mum is a very selfish lady who only care about herself and my younger brother.

I remembered a few years ago when I was still staying at Henderson Crescent, I was down and out. I needed some money. I chanced upon the joint account with my Mum at POSB. I saw $5000 plus in the account and I withdrew $5000 to setup my video business.

My mum upon realised that, asked my brother to call me. The account was closed immediately. I am not even allowed to touch the balance dollars.

Such an evil mother that only wanted the children dead should not be worthy to be called mother.

I believe not all Mothers are good just like not all children are good too! I would never perform filial piety on them as I do not know how to love anyone who has never loved me.

Some are just the bad sheeps.

Mine is a black sheep.

120K Savings!

I have never seen such high savings in my account before.

Today, I placed a 120K Fixed Depoisit with Hong Leong Finance and am glad I will be earning interest at a higher rates.

I think if I did not buy Melville through Lemmie's help, I would never be able to save that amount forever!

Lemmie is really a Buddha sent angel that stays by my side just like a guardian angel.

Hope to save up that amount until I have the ability to buy another private property or 4 Room Flat.

Good begets Evil

Today I learnt another lesson at NUH.

Yesterday, grandpa was craving for Yakult as he has a bloated stomach.

I consulted the nurses and Doctor and all said it is ok for him to drink.

I went to 7-11 bought 1 pack and gave him 1 to drink. He was so happy when he drank the Yakult. He said he felt more comfortable.

Today, his children came and told me grandpa has Asthma and might not be suitable to drink Yakult. Some Kay Poh even say can only drink one in every 2 days.

Doc has mentioned Yakult is good for his intestine and yet his children rejected his request.

He is already very pitiful sleeping in non-aircon ward as his children refused to upgrade him to air-con ward due to a sudden surge of surgery and medication cost if upgrading is done.

Poor Grandpa!

I think I better dun bother anymore as this is not my problems and I already have enough problems to handle everyday. I should not be meddling with problems which should not be taken care by me.

Let nature takes its own course.

Grandpa is Recovering Part 2!

I am now at NUH Ward 43 Bed 14.

Grandpa has been transferred from Ward 25 which is high dependency back to Ward 43.

Glad that he has shown improvement and is now on the way to a speedy recovery.

I am quite disappointed with his children.

He has requested to be transferred back to a 4 Bed Ward as that has aircon and TV. 6 Beds Ward does not have aircon. As Grandpa is developing rashes, it will be good if he can be transferred to an aircon room but none of his children is willing to do that as they feel that it will incur more expenses.

Sad for him.

Anyway, that is not basically my problems as I only come to visit Grandpa and it will his children responsibilities to take care of him at the end of the day.

I have learnt my lesson after being passed remarks by Ah Hock.

Grandpa is recovering!

Time flies!

Grandpa has been in NUH for 2 weeks!

I am glad that he has shown great improvement and is on his way to recovery now.

According to the Doctor, he should be able to go home by next week.

That is good news!

Bukit Batok St. 52

After searching for 1 week, I have finally settled my accomodation at Bukit Batok.

The landlord is a couple and is renting the whole unit to me but with 1 room lock. I am ok with that as I just need 1 bedroom and the hall.

Rental is at 1K and I also paid the stupid agent who did nothing for $500. He was so greedy. He wanted me to pay him $750 but I refused.

I furnished most of the things myself as I already have those items. The landlord is of cos very happy as he does not have to incur extra cost to buy those items.

I am now staying happily at my new place.

Will be planning a Potluck Party this Saturday.

Shuhyi will be the main cook!

200K Cheque

Very excited!

I will be getting my 200K cheque from my lawyer today.

I will pay Lemmie 43K and I should be able to save the rest.

Buying property last year and selling property recently seems like it is the only correct decision I have made in recent years.

I have money for my 4 room flat now.

Chris Kok

It has been almost 4 years since I last saw Chris.

Chris Kok was one of my best buddy many years ago I knew him when I was staying at Upper Thomson. He came a few times to the penthouse that I stayed and we talked almost anything under the sun and moon.

Due to small conficits, we lost contacts for many years. I have also shifted several times. From Upper Thomson to Henderson Crescent then to International Plaza then to Melville Park.

Perhaps it is fated that I will chanced upon him again. I met him at the same ward my grandpa was at NUH.

His Dad is also seriously warded at a few beds away.

I managed to get his contact number and that is how we managed to keep in touch again.

I am really sorry to him as I remembered I was very selfish and stubborn last time. I always insisted him to come out for meals or for dinner. Only now, then I know he has such a heavy role to play in the family after seeing his bed-ridden father on bed.

I am Sorry.

Grandpa at NUH

Grandpa has a problem now. In facts should be many problems.

First, it was his hernia that has dropped. I do not exactly know what is that and how it dropped but I know it was serious as he was admitted to NUH because of that.

After the operation, his stomach swell and according to the doctor, his intestine is paralysed. Food is unable to move in his intestine.

After that, he developed pneumonia and that is lung infection. We are all worried aout his condition as pnemonia is a very serious illness that usually affects older people. Most people dun get cured.

Yesterday while I wasalone wih grandpa, he asked me to call grandma. He spoke to her privately and after that, grandma cried. She told me grandpa has prepared for the worst.

Grandpa asked me where he stayed and what is his address out of a sudden yesterday. I was sad and I cried. I knew that was a pre-goodbye question. I could not help but cry. Perhaps Angels are here for him already.


May Buddha bless him a fast recovery so that he can celebrate his 72nd Birthday in December.

Albert The Photographer

Albert is a very nice Photographer.

He introduces Clients to me without charging me commission.

He is even willing to market my videography products in his shop.

I hope to keep such a nice person as friend forever!

BBA in Casino Management

I felt useless at times.

I wanted to take up Casino Management and I even paid $107 as registration fees and yet I did not follow up with the requested resumes.

Maybe I am not in the mood to study now or maybe I think I am getting old.

What am I supposed to do?

The course will burn me 24K for 2 years.

I dunno if I can cough up that amount of money.

Earthquake in Sumatra

The earthquake in Sumatra sent some tremors to Singapore on both yesterday evening and this morning.

I did not sense anything at Simei.

I am wondering how safe is our soil now?

SMS Daniel who is in Jakarta and he replied Jakarta is not affected.

Hope Singapore will be in peace.

Lazy

I have been getting lazier and lazier nowadays.

I have not been uploading my blog and I have been sleeping all days.

Maybe I am too stress over the relocation issues.

Sometimes, I just hope to throw away all things and lead a simple loves but I cannot as I still have to take care of Meimei. I can't beat to dump her one side and live on my own. She will be very sad.

Grandpa is hospitalised

Went to NUH this morning to visit Grandpa. Today will be his 3rd night at NUH.

He was admitted to NUH 3 days ago because he was complaing about stomach pain.

The Doctor gave him scanning and it seems like they are unable to operate on him now.

He will be asked to go home and come back another day for the operation.

I hope he can get well soon.

He has no appetite to eat and he has grown thinner and weaker these few days.

In another 12 days, I will be bidding goodbye to my 1st Home, Melville Park.

Looking forward to my new lives out of here!

Stock Market

Something must have got into me.

It has been at least 7 years since I last bought shares.

On Monday, I called the broker can bought 2 Lots SIA Shares. That totalled to almost 35K.

I did not sell the 2 lots on that day as I was greedy I was hoping it will rise further. No, it did not.

I told Lem on Monday night that I bought shares and he sounded very worried for me as he dun want me to lose money. He asked me to sell it as soon as possible since I have no physical cash to hold the shares. Playing contra is a very dangerous way in Shares trading.

The next morning, I sold the shares at $17.60 per unit. That was $0.20 more than what I bought. I did not lose any money in this case.

I think I will only buy when the market crashes in end September.

Loft Bed

After one round of walking at Ikea Showroom Tampines, I have come to a conclusion that a loft bed is the best solution if I want to maximise my already very small 1 bedroom studio.

If I can customise a queen size loft bed, I can put one 2 seater sofa underneath the loft to watch my LCD or surf internet. That will save a lot of space. My living room can be more spacious by putting one dining table which can act as conference table and one OSIM massage chair, which until to this date, I still love to have one.

A loft bed will also provide more privacy to my lifestyle as the bathroom is in the bedroom and friends or clients when they wish to use the bathroom, they can skip viewing my bed when they step into the room.

My perfect measurement will be 6 feet x 5 feet.

I wonder how much a customised loft bed will cost? maybe $2000?

Let me check that out when time comes nearer.

Ikea Tampines

Bored today so I came to Ikea Tampines to chill myself.

Drinking Ice Coffee at their cafe is a luxury but since it is complimentary from Ikea,I have no qualms in accepting that offer.

While drinking my nice coffee, I blog at the same time.

The chicken wings are good but I am not having any now. I still have not digested the Laksa Yong Tau Foo which I had for lunch at Tampines.

I noticed my digestion has not been good lately. Having stomach cramps on and off. I wonder is the feeling the same as women on periods, hehe...

Giant, Courts and Ikea are the 3 main buildings in this industry park. The shuttle bus came every 30 minutes from Tampines MRT. I have not visited Giant, maybe will consider to drop by later. I have seen Courts and it is really big but not as big as Ikea.

Lemmie has not been here yet. One day, I will bring him here for chicken wings.

Oops, while drinking my coffee, 2 drops of Coffee dripped onto my white polo shirt.

This is me. Very careless...

Finding Rental Accomodation

After selling my Melville, I am now left with no accomodation. My Thomson V will only be ready in year 2010.

Meanwhile I have to rent a whole unit to stay.

I am still searching for the right place to stay.

Rental for a 3 Room flat is askin $1500 a month. I wonder if the market is crashing? If it is, I might be able to pick up good bargains when it crashed.

A few months ago, a 3 Room flat only cost $900 a month for rental but now it has shot up dramatically.

I have until 25th September to find suitable accomodation. I hope to find a place by 16th September so that I have more time to do the shifting.

Tampines National Library

This is my second visit to Tampines National Library. I hate to come to Tampines as Lian Huat is staying at this area. He really broke my heart and I hate to se this place which brings me so much sad memory.

The Library is small but sufficient and comfortable for the residence here.

I noticed there are laptop stations where user can charge their laptop and use the station privatly. Too bad, all stations have been booked and I have to use the normal study table to do this blogging.

Many students tend to study here. I wonder is this a better place than their home? For me at this moment, this is a better place than my home. My room is full of boxes and is very messy. If I were a student, I will not choose to study at my current room.

The adults tend to read the newspapers here.

I, too enjoy reading the newspaper here as it is FREE!

Selling Thomson V Two

I told Lemmie yesterday that I have sold Thomson V Two at S$400K.

He was very angry and he said he will leave me.

I was very sad. I dun know what to do. I dun like Thomson V Two. I wanted to gt rid of it as soon as possible. I made a big mistake in buying that project.

Lemmie consoled me last night and he said he will help me should I encounter difficulty in paying the instalment.

I really dun wan him to pay and I think I can try my best in settling the instalment.

I cancelled the selling contract.

Lawyer

Lawyer used to be one of my ambition.

I also dun know why I did not pursue that dream when I grew up.

I started working part time at the age of 15 and since then I have never looked back at my life.

Life is good to me, at least for now.

Lemmie told me his brother is having some problems in paying the legal fees for his divorce.

I feel sad for Lemmie as he is involved in helping his brother in settling the debts.

I hope to have this type of brother but sad to say, I do not have.

Lemmie is very good to his family and also to me.

I hope he will be blessed with good fortune in the coming years.

Holiday Thoughts

Thinking of holiday again!

This time, I am thinking of Hokkaido but Lemmie refused to accompany me as he has no money.

I told him I will pay for his trip but he rejected.

I think I need a break badly and I really need to get ouf of the Box to think of something for the future.

I need to think of what am I going to do next.

I need to plan for my future.

I need to plan for my retirement.

Have to start planning my holiday and hopefully I can celebrate my 33th Bithday in October in a memorable manner.

Delifrance - At Sentosa

Now, while blogging this, I am sitting at Delifrance Sentosa.

The environment is good. I am see the beautiful Siloso Beach.

I took the free shuttle bus from Singapore Cruise Ctr and alighted at Rasa Shangrila Sentosa. I know this is illegal for me but no choice. I can save $3.00 by doing that. I bought a chicken pie to reward myself for this idea. Anyway, that already cost me $2.65.

Sentosa is still the same. No big changes. Everywhere is having this construction going on.

Casino is coming and the land is getting heavenly pricing too.

How I wish I have the money to buy Sentosa Cove!

881- A Royston Tan Movie

Bought 881 Tickets for tonight 7pm show at Vivocity.

I heard about Royston Tan many years ago.

He is a famous local director in Singapore. I have always wanted to be like him but I never get the opportunity.

Alex & Junnie

Alex and Junnie are both my Tenants for Melville Park. Alex rented Room 1 while the latter rented Room 2.

Alex has been staying at Melville for the past 8 months while Junnie has been around for almost 14 months. Both have been good Tenants.

Due to the apartment being sold and to be vacanted soon, both of them wil be shifting out. Alex's last day will be 1st September while Junnie is on 22nd August 2007.

Sad to see them leave but no choice. There is no such thing as "Forever Tenant"

Aircon Usage from Bad Tenant

Jofin has been using aircon from 12pm to next day morning.

Utilities Bill is on the rise.

I spoke to him today and he insisted he does not know.

I told him the excess will be deducted from his deposit and he talked non-stop on his stupid theory.

Can't wait to kick him out as soon as possible.

You Die I Die

Last night, I was very depressed. I told Lemmie if I cannot pay the housing instalment, I will consider commit suicide. He is so cute. He said if I die, he will use his super power to come to heaven or hell to look for me! He will confront me on why I made that decision.

Today I bought 0309 and this number came up consolation. Win $60.

Bios Life - Surprised Enquiry!

A lady asked for samples when my shop was at Sunshine Plaza.

I never expected her to call me just now.

She would like to order 3 boxes of Bios Life and I am happy to deliver to her on coming Monday.

I hope to sell as many Bios Life as possible so that Leon can make some extra money through this sideline.

Looking forward to 25th September 2007!

That is my Completion Date for Melville Park.

That is the day I will be able to collect cheque from the Lawyer.

How much will I get?

I am not sure but I am certain I will have lots of Cash.

I will not have any shelter starting from 25th September 2007.

I will have to find a place to stay.

I will have to rent a HDB flat.

I cannot rent a room as Meimei and me need to stay together.

I cannot forsake Meimei as she has gone through thick and thin with me throughout all these years.

My budget for accomodation is $1200 a month. Lets hope I can find one accomodation after 25th September 2007.

Re-visit Thomson Plaza

After 4 years, I stepped into Thomson Plaza again!

I used to stay at Lakeview Estate and Thomson Plaza was my frequent patronized shopping complex.

I shifted out of Lakeview because of a heartbroken relationship hoping to start life afresh. Never did I know, I will buy an apartment so near Lakeview and will shift back to Upper Thomson in year 2010.

I am now at Thomson Plaza, sitting at a Bubble Tea Cafe, drinking Red Milk Tea while blogging through M1 mobile modemn.

Everything is the same. NTUC, BATA, Best Denki and Yamaha are still around. Nothing is changed. I believe it is me that have changed.

Red Milk Tea still taste the same but at a higher price now. S$1.50 with free pearl.

Joint Ownership for Thomson V Two

Finally, Leon and me exercised the option to purchase for Thomson V Two through PKWA.

This is a Joint Ownership and I trust Leon will not snatch this property away from me.

If one day, I left earlier than him, he can either stay or sell away this property so that he can retire happily. I am really afraid to see him lonely when I left this world.

If given a choice, I hope to outlived him so that he has me till his last day on this earth. I know I will be lonely but it is ok. I know he will be at another world waiting for me if he were to leave earlier than me.

Transformer - The Movie

I booked 2 tickets at Cineleisur for the movie tonight at 8.40pm.

I loved to watch Transformer, the cartoon when I was a kid. I love to see the way it transformed from a car or aeroplane to a robot. I always fantasize myself as the bad Transformer so that I can be attractive and evil at the same time. All bad guys on movie look very good!

I hope to enjoy this 2 hour movie as much as I enjoyed the half an hour cartoon episode each week when I was a little boy.

Mr & Mrs Kum

Initially Leon and me thought they were nice people. Initially Leon and me thought we should not bully them but we are wrong. They are the worst landlord we have ever encountered.

They tried to kick us out of their shop and at the same time forfoeiting our deposit. They went through lawyer just to get that done. I also go through lawyer to get justice done.

In the end, they have to pay me half a month rental as they are the ones that kicked me out. Heaven has eyes!!!

Somehow, I did not win. I just break even. I paid lawyer that same amount to get justice done. Hehe...

Goodbye Sunshine Plaza

Today, I have finally stepped out of Sunshine Plaza.

Rental is getting ridiculous and business is getting worst.

Somehow, the clearance sale yesterday attracted a young couple and they bought S$1,460.00 worth of products.

Lem and me are very happy as that marks the lowering of the curtain with a big celebration!

Lian Huat

Lian Huat came for a swim and chat last Friday.

Time flies. He is now 31 years old. It has been 4 years since I last saw him.

I knew him when he was 26 and was still in NTU.

I was 28 and was staying at Lakeview and working at Harvey Norman.

He left me 5 days before my 29th Birthday and I remember that was my loneliest birthday.

He was very materialistic. I gave him almost anything I can afford including a 21" Sony TV but what did I get in return? A broken heart.

I left lakeview 1 month later.

I was too sad to continue staying at Lakeview Penthouse.

My deposit was forfeited.

My life became a big mess.

Until I met Lem, my life improved.

Lian Huat left me many years ago and my feeling for him is no longer strong.

That is life.

You learn when you fall.

You fall and you climb up again.

But this time, you know you have learnt not to repeat the fall.

The Blossoming of Maximo Oliveros - Review

A young Pinoy falls in love with a handsome cop.

The story is refreshing and the charactors are good. The cop is handsome with a dash of gay-curiousity look.

I hope the ending can be better.

I felt sad when the young pinoy walked past the cop treating him just like any stranger on the road.

Perhaps he has forgotten about the love he has ever committed. The cop seems to have fallen in love for the young Pinoy.

A drop of tear from the Cop was the best proof but the director was bad. He never gave them a happy ending but chose a sad ending for the movie.

That is my biggest disappointment.

I should have shedded that tear.

Vacant Possession

After my email complaint to Sim Mong Teck, the lawyer, Ms Jacintha wrote a letter of rejection to the Buyer's lawyer on their ridiculous demand on the furnitures.

As the buyer has defaulted on the day of Inventory Check and they exercised the option with Inventory List, it will be vacant possession upon completion.

Rash Decision

Perhaps I have always been very rash at making decision.

I paid 1 percent for Thomson V almost immediately after viewing the floor plan.

I should have waited and see if I can get a better deal or unit.

It seems like I have paid a very high price for the unit I purchased and I am really really in a depressed mood on my rash decision.

I cannot forgive myself.

Bad Tenant - Jofrin Jose

I have never seen such a ridiculous man before.

He is 25 years old and still act like a kid.

He complained that the aircon is not cold and there is no gas on it. I told him it is not that bad as the temperature is at an acceptable level.

He complained the projection TV is blurry and seems like smoke is covering the screen.

I told him that is normal for projection TV. He has been used to HDTV and is not used to projection TV.

He even complained to me about the Jacuzzi jet not strong enough.

I am getting fed-up and tired on listening to all these stuffs.

He either stays or he leaves immediately!

Sad Ending for Victor & Sharon

I thought my first match-making service will be successful.

Victor looks good with Sharon and vice-versa.

Both of them met on Sunday and they went for Coffee at TCC at Plaza Singapura.

Victor was stingy I supposed. He looked shock when he saw the bill of S$16.00 presented to him.

Sharon felt bad and she offered him dinner and Victor gladly agreed.

They went to Fisherman Market for dinner as Victor said he loves fish.

Poor Sharon! She paid S$44.00 for the Dinner.

Immediately after the dinner, Victor called me to ask for more dates. I told him Sharon is a good girl but Victor said she is fat. Victor is fat too. The pot is calling the kettle black.

Sharon called me 2 hours later. She would like to cancel the date with Victor which they have already arranged earlier. She regretted giving Victor's Telephone Contact. She told me what they did and what Victor said. I agreed with her that Victor is not sincere.

Looks like it is not easy to match-make both parties when both has so much criteria. Love is like a Game or Dreams ...

Greedy Buyer

I received a confirmation letter from Sim Mong Teck informing the Buyer has already exercised the option.

I was shocked to see the Buyer's Lawyer indicating the furnitures to be given to them.

I did not agree on the items to be given and I did not even sign the Inventory list. How can the Buyer's Lawyer decide on my behalf?

This is ridiculous!

I have sent an email to SMT Lawyer and Cindy regarding this issue.

Ciny informed will get back to me on Monday Morning.

Victor Tan & Sharon Ang

I am awaiting the arrival of Victor Tan.

I have made arrangement for him to meet Sharon Ang as I feel both parties should be able to appreciate each other.

Victor has been pestering me for months on a life partner. It is not me that is slow in processing his request but it is his personal limitation that prevents me from introducing him to others. He has a Diploma but is not a highly paid staff. He is a divorcee. He is 35 years old.

Sharon is a 27 year old lady and she does not mind knowing some guys that has determination to work hard. She is willing to accept a guy even if he has lower qualification than she is. She is almost the same size as Victor. I would not say fat as that is a harsh rude word. I would say both are cute.

I wonder how will the meeting be.

Jofrin Jose

Yesterday, Jofrin Jose checked into the room.

He is willing to pay $1,000 a month for the room with attached bathroom toilet.

I am not sure if he is the right one to stay when I need to rent a new accomodation in September.

He seems like a noisy person as he enjoys loud music and he speaks loud too.

I guess only Alex can stay quietly with me as he is a very quiet person but he cannot afford high rental.

A HDB room will cost him $500 a month and that is considered a high payment every month.

If I rent a 3 room flat, the rental will be around $1300 a month.

Singapore is getting too expensive to stay now.

It talks about this young teenager who has a crush with a young policeman.

Tasty Home Made Bread

I am waiting for Leonie to come to the shop today.

Last night, he bought some chicken ham which is to add to the bread machine.

He has made some loafs of bread before and it is indeed tasty.

I am looking forward to his bread today.

Goodbye Melville Park

Finally, the OTP has been signed by the buyer.

They are very funny. They signed the OTP without Inventory List attached. That is good for me. I do not have to leave anything for them.

Will be signing my OTP for Thomson V Two 2 weeks later and hopefully that is another worth buying property!

Bread-Maker Machine

Last Wednesday, Leonie and me went to CK Tang to buy the bread-maker which we saw over previous weekend.

It cost $159.00.

This bread-maker is very easy to use. Just put in all ingredients and let the machine do all the work. From mixing, kneading to baking.

Leon made 3 over the weekend and he let me sample a few of his work on Sunday.

It looks good but as I am not feeling well, I did not eat much.

Anyway, Meimei loves the bread.

She begged me for more after tasting 1 small bite.

I gave her almost 2 slices.

I think it will be good for Meimei if I can bake the bread without sugar and salt.

I will consider to buy a set.

Too Late!

2 weeks ago, I did a presentation for a Wedding Couples.

The lady was not so pleased with my work and they did not take up my offer on the spot.

I am ok with that as I might not be the best for them as my price is not the best too.

Somehow, the man called me this morning asking if the date has been taken.

I told him the date has been taken and I cannot service them anymore.

It is a white lie.

I do not have the intention to take up this assignment after 1st appointment rejection.

This is me.

Melville Park Condo Semi-Sold

Last Thursday, and agent called Dion approached me to sell my unit. She has managed to sell off one upper unit at 650K and is very excited to tell whole Melville "Village" that she has done a record.

I signed an exclusive with her and he brought a buyer with a budget of 540K.

I refused to let go at 540K and told her she must hit 560K if she wants 2% comms.

The buyer is now approaching banks to loan him 90% of 560K which is 504K and if he fails, I will have to return him his 1% cheque.

I am at the same time chasing OCBC on the outcome of my application for my overdraft.

Let's hope Overdraft get approved so that I can reject the buyer before he comes back to me.

On Saturday, I used the M1 $100 Voucher to sign for a new line at Orchard Paragon.

I chose Dopod 818 Pro and I paid $98 for the phone after discount.

My basic plan subscription is $25.20 a month.

I will be terminating Starhub Mobile Number in September as it is about time to start life afresh!

Life has to go on even with no business to fall on. I am not afraid. I will be strong as long as I still have my best buddy by my side.

Alvin Tan reappeared!

Alvin Tan gave me a surprised call on Monday.

I was very shocked to hear his voice as he has been missing for almost 1 month.

He would like me to buy him dinner and I asked him to come Simei Central.

I was very hungry and upon seeing him, I told him I will be ordering Mixed Vegetable Rice and I asked if he would like to have. He said that is too heavy and he just wan coffee. I wonder why beggars still want to choose?

I bought him coffee but he never finished. He only have half.

He told me he has no money and during these few weeks, he has been going for interviews. He has no handphone and he does not have a residential phone at home too! That made Employers difficult to contact him should they want to employ him. Somehow, he is smart, he asked the Employers to give him answer immediately after interviewing him as he does not have a contact number for them to call later. Haha... very funny man.

He asked me for S$10.00 as he said he need the money to travel around for interview.

He dun ask for food as he need that $10.00.

I dun loan money to people and I dun think he deserves that credit.

I know I will lose him as a friend but I dun care. I do not want to deal with someone that is so mysterious. I dun even know where he stays and how to contact him.

Call me stingy or whatever. I just dun want to get hurt anymore.

Backpackers Bad Habit

On Monday afternoon, a couple came checking into my humble bedroom.

I charged them S$80 per day. They paid me 3 days rental.

I do not like to rent my rooms to "Ang Moh" but I have no choice. Most travellers are "Ang Moh".

They wear shoes into the house and even to the bedroom.

They are messy and dirty when it comes to personal hygiene.

They never switch off the aircon when they are out.

They left the bathroom door open with the aircon on and that caused the aircon to work extra hard to cool the room.

I have not much choice.

I intend to sell away this unit and stay in Bangkok until I can buy a 3 Room Flat in Singapore which will be 1 and a half year later. By then, I wonder how much will it cost?

Th price for a 5 room Flat at Tiong Bahru is sold at $720K and most owners are asking around that region now.

The whole Singapore is having this en bloc craze and everyone seems to be making tons of money from properties and even shares.

No one is losing but I know, if I were to sell my Melville Park at 500K, I will never be able to buy another prvate condo in Singapore again. This is facts.

My aim of selling at 600K seems far now but I have confidence one day it will close at that price as more and more expats are coming to Singapore.

I hope to close at 600K by end September 2007.

Experimental Cooking

Shuhyi came last Sunday and we tried a few experimental cooking.

We had fried chicken cutlet and fried wanton.

It is nice but as usual, Shuhyi loves uncooked chicken. The chicken is too raw.

It is too much work and I wonder if I have the time to handle that alone.

The response from Saturday job recruitment for Cook is very poor. Most Malaysians that called are asking for high pay. They are looking at the range from S$1,700.00 and above.

Our food business is too small to cater to such pay.

Nevertheless, I still hope miracles will come along and rescue Leon & Me.

ShuhYi

It has been 2 years since I last saw ShuhYi.

Yesterday, I made a call to her and I am quite surprised that she can still remember me.

Leon has been asking me to contact her for advice on Cooking.

Shuhyi agred to help but she cannot join as shareholder. I am happy that she is willing to help and that is enough. She is coming over tomorrow at 11am and we will do some shopping at NTUC for the food.

I do not know if Food Business is good for me but as I have made no progress now, I can only look forward to another business.

Wendy from Next Door Cafe

Wendy is a nice friendly girl from next door Cafe. She is the staff.

I spoke to her yesterday and realised she is actually very friendly and cheerful.

Business for them is still slow. "Bon Appetite" is also not progressing much.

Perhaps food business here is really bad.

I wonder what food to sell for my case?

Tonight, Rachael from Propnex is bringing one client to view my condo unit. I dun think they will be willing to buy my unit at 600K.

I suppose it is too high for them to accept at this rate but I have no choice as I have to clear off many debts.

Looks like I might have to renovate my place so that Buyer will find it attractive to buy. After renovating my place, Buyer only need to move in with their luggages and they can settle in happily.

Sounds like a dream!

Next Door Cafe Business

Next Door Cafe has already started business.

It seems like the food business here is very bad. None can actually be as popular as Victor's Kitchen or the Wonton Mee.

I doubt they have more than 20 clients a day.

Leon and me have quarrelled several times on shop issue and we have come to a conclusion that we can try food business provided we can find some good food to sell. Something innovative and delicious but wait... what is delicious?

That can be a headache.

If business remains bad, we will close permanently in September.

Meanwhile, we will have to check out what is good food.

Prank Play by Backpackers

Yesterday, I spent the whole day waiting at home as 2 backpacker were supposed to check into my room.

Around 6pm, a taxi driver called me and asked me for road direction.

At 6.30pm, a lady came to my unit without any luggages. She just came to see where is the room and kept on asking me, where is the key? I told her keys will be given when payment has been made. She said her boyfriend is downstair with the luggage and will come up in a short while.

At 7pm, I went downstair to the guard house and asked if he had seen 2 Ang Moh. The guard told me they took a cab and left already.

That is very rude!

They booked my room and without paying anything for the room, they left.

I am now in the process of querying HostelBooker who should I charge the 1 night penalty to?

Melville Park Cannot Sell

Propnex Agent, Rachel did not call me during the weekend even though she has placed ad on my Melville Park project.

Looks like it is still difficult to sell at 600K now. Never mind, I will keep it and wait till Singapore has 2 more million population which is 6.5 million population by Year 2010. When that day comes, Singapore land will become very valuable and my property will definitely increase to more than 1 Million Singapore Dollar. By then, I can sell and migrate to Thailand and live happily ever after.

Propnex Marketing Agent

I have requested Propnex Property Agent to try to market my property out tomorrow.

My nett price for the apartment is 600K which 20K will go to Agent's Commission and bankers' fees.

With a profit of 230K, I hope to reinvest in a new Condo with better facing and environment. Citylight looks like a good catch but the prices for the studio is currently at 650K. Very high for a 99 years 500 Sqft Studio.

Nevertheless, Propnex is only trying. They might not be able to find buyer that can afford my Melville Park Apartment.

I can still afford to hold on to the unit till January 2008.

S$2,200.00 Studio Rental

A Company called me and make enquiry on my advertisement.

I intend to rent out the 1 room 1 hall at $2,200.00 per month.

If I did that, I must rent a 3 room flat for me myself to stay. I wonder if there is any 3 room flat going for $1,000.00 a month?

Property prices are soaring and everywhere people are asking high prices and that includes myself.

Sighhh...

Yesterday, A German arrived at my place thru HostelBooker reservation.

I charged $70 for Double Bed Ensuite per room per night.

She stayed for a night as she is on transit to New Zealand.

I am wondering if this is a good way to make money.

Century 21 Exclusive To Sell Terminated

Finally, after 1 email to Century 21, they have decided to terminate the Exclusive Right To Sell with the irresponsible agent, Lily Lim.

Below is the contents of the email I wrote:-

Attn: Jenny Toon

Reference earlier teleconversation, I, XXXX of XXXXXXXXXX, would like to officially void the Exclusive Right to Sell which I signed with your Company on 21st May 2007.


Reasons are as follows:-


A) The Agent, Lily Lim Hoe Huang has non-professional attitude on serving Clients. Only 1 Advertisement has been displayed on Classified on 26th May 2007 and only 1 viewing done on 27th May 2007. If Exclusive Right to Sell only gets such exposure, many owners would rather not signing the Exclusive!


B) The Agent's Boyfriend who is called Vasoo, also a Property Manager with Century 21 called me, the Landlord on 27th May 2007 asking for 20K loan so as to help Lily buy The Riverine By the Park. They claimed to have 60K and still lack of 20K. I am very shocked and angry over such action! They are borrowing money for their own investment and interest. When I told Vasoo I have no money on the phone, he still continued to pester me asking, "How much money you can help? We still need 20K!" I was so annoyed that I put down the phone! I am not in obligation to loan Agents or even Friends 20K! Tell me, how many of your friends can loan 20K??? They are not even friends, they are Agents!!!


Even if I have, they dun deserve the help as they are loaning money for their own interest in buying The Riverine By The Park which was not even officially launched!!! They just want to play with the "Sub Sales" through Agent to Agent "Very Good Deal!!!!" Bad Excuse to use that to loan Money from Client!!!


They did not market my property well and yet they are jolly borrowing money from Clients! If they regard Client as friend then why in the first place, exclusive is formally signed on 21st May 2007? Client has regarded them as agent and entrusted their property to let them market and not for them to think of opportunity to call Client and ask for Money!!!


I am very very disappointed that Century 21 has 2 Agents that are unprofessional and unethnical.


I will not hesitate to bring this case to IEA for complaints & made known to all Realty Estate Companies in Singapore if I have no rights to void off this contract.


This could be a good lesson for all Agents to learn!


Please advise and revert as soon as possible.

Wedding Timing

Many times, Couples are not aware there are surcharges for early videography services. Some can request as early as 4am in the morning.

As we are human and work only for money, we will expect monetary compensation for such timing. However, some clients dun understand and insist on free service for such hours.

I will never agree to such free services unless this client is an influential charactor.

Single Ladies

Yesterday, 2 ladies came to our Club for registration.

They are aged 42 and 35 respectively.

They are looking for male partners that earns $4.5K and above. No Bald headed man, no fatty, no old man, must have stable job, must have good charactor.

It seems like all ladies are looking for partners that are almost 100% perfect. It is not easy to arrange dates for ladies if their requirement is that high.

The population of Singles are increasing as the requirement or expectation of life partner is getting higher and higher.

Food Business

Mrs Kum came to collect rental yesterday.

I asked her if we were to do food business, what will be her recommendation.

She dun seem very interested in us doing Food as that might "dirty" her shop.

I would think doing a Finger Food Bar is a good idea for a place in Sunshine Plaza but I am not sure how is the crowd.

We can sell Famous Chicken Wing, Spring Roll, Special Finger Food etc.

We might posed a threat to Victor's Kitchen if we were to be very successful in this business.

We will need to do research on the food and the business crowd before we officially venture into this new business.

Lily Apologised!

Lily sent me an SMS last evening around 7pm. She apologised on what Vasoo did on Sunday.

She claims she did not know who Vasoo called and contacted on Sunday.

She said Vasoo was drunk.

I dun think so. Even Leon also dun believe.

Vasoo was so rude. He asked me for money and when I told him I have none, he still kept on pestering as if I am obligated to give him money.

Honestly, I dun owed him nor Lily anything.

Lily never buy Leon or me any good food and we have been trying our best to help her whenever she is in need.

We tried our best to console her when she was in Bangkok with us and now she has forgotten those encouragement advise we have given her.

I have made up my mind not to deal with her anymore. She lied to us saying she dun trust Vasoo anymore. She lied to us saying she has no money. She lied ... .

I will write to her Company to terminate the Contract and will not speak to this lady again forever.

Life must go on!

No more Lily in my circle of friends!

Overdraft from OCBC Bank

I went to OCBC Jalan Besar on Tuesday morning and make enquiry on my property loan.

I hope to get a term loan or overdraft since I am not selling for the time being but hope to get some cash out of my property.

Huan Wei, the Relationship Manager told me my property can maximum stretch to a valuation of 500K. That means I can have a loan or overdraft of 64K.

I have discussed with Leon and he is agreeable to it.

Interest rate for Overdraft is at 6.5%/annum currently.

We will sign the application tomorrow and hopefully by end of June, we can have amount of money.

We hope to setup a small Music cafe at our existing shop.

We are also planning to learn some basic bakery skill from Phoon Huat this Friday and subsequent Fridays. Phoon Huat charges $36 for each participant with all ingredients and utensils provided. We think it is a good deal as we can learn 2 items and bring back the cake or bread home after the lesson.

Alvin Tan is missing!

Alvin sms me on Tuesday afternoon saying he wanted to try his luck again at Leisure World.

I wished him all the best since his mind is set.

It has been 2 days since I last heard of him nor see him.

I wonder how is he now?

I tried calling his mobile several times but no response from him. Starhub is unable to contact the subscriber - That is the answer from his mobile phone.

I hope he is fine as it is very unusual for one to stay on a ship for so many days unless he has striked rich or become very poor.

I hope it is not the latter if not he might jumped to the open sea and ended his life.

Leisure World - Casino Cruise

Alvin and me boarded Leisure World at Harborfront on Monday morning.

He was very excited as he hopes to win some money to clear his debts. I gave him a morning call at 6.30am and he already woke up and was about to leave his Bedok 1 room flat.

I do not know what debts he has but I do hope he can win some money.

We paid S$48.00 each for the ticket and had breakfast and lunch on the cruise.

We changed S$300.00 worth of playing chips so that we get a refund of S$30.00.

I had a hard time winning back my S$300.00 thru Black Jack and later I realised I won S$200.00 at the end of the day.

Alvin was not so lucky. He lost S$450.00.

We left early at 5pm instead of the original departure time at 8.30pm.

I told him not to continue playing as he might lose even more.

I could tell from his face that he was very sad and disappointed but I cannot help him much.

Today, he sms me informing he is going to the cruise again. He hopes to win back his losses.

I can understand his feeling as I lose nearly S$2,000.00 the first time I board the cruise.

Gambling can be addictice.

It can make one rich and can also make one bankrupt!

Poor Response

Lily advertised on Saturday but the response is very bad. Only 1 lady came to view on Sunday.

We were very disappointed with her working attitude. She did not try her best to market my property.

On Sunday night, her lover, Vasoo called. He asked how much I can help them as they need S$20,000.00 more for the Riverine Condo Project. Lily wanted to buy and reap huge profits when prices go up!

I told Vasoo I have no money and he is so thick skin, can continue to ask me how much I can help until I have to put down the phone.

Lily called me last night and this morning. I refused to answer her call as I do not want to have anything to do with her lover and her.

If I really answer her call, I am sure I will scream at her.

She told us in Thailand that Vasoo is a bad guy and yet she instigated him to loan money from me now.

How disappointing we are!

Leon and me have decided to take up a term loan while waiting for our property to be sold.

Let's hope the property can be sold by year end.

Disappointed with Lily Lim

I made a big mistake in my life again!

While hearing Lily's story yesterday on her ex bf defaulting on the 2% commission payment, I pity her and decide to appoint her as my sales agent for my Melville Park.

She really tried every means and ways to make money out from me. She even want to earn comms from me if I buy a new Condo.

Today, she missed her flight as she overslept. She put the blame on me again and say that I recommend her "A Good Deal". Next time, I will never let her know if there is any cheap airflight deal as she never appreciate what people did for her.

She even put her car battery flat issue on me. I have nothing to do with that for goodness sake.

Such an agent is not worth working with even if it is a Million Dollar Deal!

First Singles Club Activity

Today, I sent an email to all members informing a Dim Sum Dinner to be held this coming Friday, 25th May. Each ticket is at $45.00.

I hope I can get some response from the public on this party so that my club can survive and continue on with more activities in the future.

I will place an Advertisement on Wednesday informing this Party so that more people can join!

Business has been bad since Day 1.

I intro Lily Lim to him and he told me Lily is cute!!!

Lily laughed when I told him someone complimented her that she is cute!

I dun know if Lily will like him but I think Alvin's charactor is a bit like Lily. Both have many things in common. Both are empty physically, spiritually and emotionally.

Both needs a lot of attention and love.

Lily has this "special" luck to help the husband.

Maybe if Lily is Alvin's lover, Alvin's career will soar to a higher height.

Bangkok Condo Apartment

After hearing Lily managed to sell The Bayshore at 630K with a nett profit of 200K for hai Ling, I am very tempted to sell my Melville Park away too!

But after selling away Melville Park, I will have no place to stay.

I will have to rent an apartment or HDB flat if I were to continue staying in Singapore and with the soaring property prices, I know I will never be able to afford another Condo within the next 5 years if I never earn 100K a year.

That sounds like a difficult decision to make.

I plan to sell mine 6 months later, maybe before Chinese New Year 2008 and hopefully by then, my property price will hit 600K and I will be able to nett 230K after clearing all penalties and agency fees.

What to do with that 200K?

Buy a 100K or 2.3 Million Baht Condo in Thailand?

I plan to retire in that country and with an apartment there, I might be able to retire in a quiet manner.

What to do with the rest of my life and money?

Buy a HDB Flat when I reach 35?

Buy a 4 Room Flat at 250K? And rent the whole unit out?

That means I will the balance 100K plus my CPF and Cash to pay 200K for the flat then finance 50K from Bank?

Rent the flat out and stay in Thailand, Bangkok?

Travel back to Singapore only when there is a video filming job?

Maybe I should consult Sureemas which Condo is a Good Buy.

I hope in another 6 months, I can make 250K profit.

Lily as New Singles Club Member

Lily Lim came last evening around 7pm and she joined as our Member with a S$100.00 non refundable membership fees.

We gave her our Coco Love as Welcome Gift.

She told me she helped Hai Ling, her ex Boy Friend to sell The Bayshore 2 bedroom unit at 630K That is a very good price as Hai Ling only bought 420K through her. She wanted to have 2% Comms but Hai Ling dun agreed and in the end, she had to scold Hai Ling and force him to give her 2% Comms which amounted to 12K plus.

She deserves that money as she helped Hai Ling in finding that apartment and he made close to 200K only in a short period of 18 months.

Appreciation must be given to her I supposed.

She looked pale and sick.

Her eyes are watery and she feel drowsy even though she sleeps a lot.

I suspect she could have caught HIV from Vasoo as Vasoo has been prostituting.

It is very dangerous for her to have such an unfaithful boyfriend.

Love is not equal to Sex.

Sex is not equal to Lust.

Lust is not equal to Love.

Temperament Charactor

I really hate people with temperament charactor.

They can be warm and friendly at this moment but can switch to bad mood at the next second!

Lily, the housing agent belongs to this category.

She called me last evening saying she missed my shop and would like to pay me a visit soon. She even cut our special feature from U Weekly and displayed at her white board.

Today, I sms her about her bangkok trip next week but she simply did not reply.

This is her, very temperament.

I hate that!

Indian Philosophy on Mistress

Lily will be very happy to hear this if I were to tell her that Indian just have the nature to flirt aound.

On Sunday which was 2 days a go, an Indian Man came to our agency saying he is married and has a wife in India. He wants to look for a girl friend in Singapore so that he will not be so lonely and at the same time, he will have "Free" Fucking!!!

That sounds terrific right? But wait! Which girl in their right mind will do that? No marrying but just allowed to be fucked! That sounds like only Lily Lim can allow that, haha... .

This morning she called me saying she encountered Ghost together with Vasoo last night at her Patio.

I told her it is very normal as Ghost has been following her everywhere she goes and it is just a matter of time she has to say "Hello" to them.

Anyway, I told her about the Indian Man culture on Mistress and she has the guts to answer me, Vasoo is different as Vasoo intro her to his wife in India!

So stupid woman!

She is so rich and has written a will for Vasoo. Vasoo and his wife will definitely love this crazy woman and if I were them, I will even pay some witch to kill this Lily Lim, haha... . Then I will get all her property and money!

Japanese Tenant

Yesterday, Lily called me at 2pm saying she had a Japanese Tenant searching for a Common Room. This client is a co-broke with her colleague at Century 21.

She said she will not be around as she is going for match-making at Parklane Good Luck Agency. I really hate her attitute.

The agent brought the Japanese Tenant for viewing at 6pm and after viewing the room, she said she is searching for a room with toilet not common room! I was very annoyed by that! I waited for her and not going to the office and yet, this is the mistake which Lily made again!

I asked Lily if the Tenant is looking for Common or Master Room and Lily can answer me "Common Room".

No more next time with her.

Tempered Glass Door

Angela of Family Partition made a mistake. She told me the full panel glass door is tempered glass but it turns out to be normal glass door.

I am a bit disappointed as normal glass door for room is dangerous as the glass might shatter into pieces.

The Contractor whom did my previous door was at my place yesterday. He transferred the old door to my new partition. He told me the new door for my existing Masterbed Room will only be delivered this coming Wednesday.

I hope the new door is nice as i dun want an ugly door.

A New Room at Melville Park

This morning, the construction of a new room started at my living room.

From now on, I will not have a living room at Melville Park. Very sad. I have to rent out the hall area to settle the monthly ourstanding UOB loan that Leon borrowed.

Dun worry, Buddha will bless me. As long as I cling to my Condo, I believe I can survive.

No Business

Business has been bad. Even though I have been advertising for Dating Agency but there is still no members signing up. Quite a disappointment.

I will see how is the response until this weekend. If it is still bad, I will have to advertise for someone to take over this unit, hopefully in June.

A New Bedroom!

Today, I asked for a quotation for the partition of a Bedroom from my existing Living Room.

The cost has increased. They are quoting S$1,200.00.

If it is a long term investment, I hope the cost will be recovered in 2 months time.

Let's hope everything can be done up by this week so that I can advertise for Tenant this weekend.

While typing the last Blog yesterday, a family came into the store admiring the CoCo Lamps.

I was excited of course and I went to serve them. I offered an irresistible 50% discount or rather buy 1 get 1 free promotion and they were hooked!

I managed to sell 1 CoCo Island and 1 CoCo Love! That is a very encouraging try!

More Disappointment

2 hours have passed since the last blogging. CDs have been replayed 2 times and now I am playing next CD Album called Rain Dance. No one not even a soul stepped into the store.

Perhaps Xiao Fei Xia is right, our business will never be able to attract crowd as we ar dealing with exclusive niche products and not those women favorites such as accessories.

I am not worried about failure as I have failed many times. I am more worried for Leon as he has pinned hopes on this store and I am worried his friends and family will laugh at him if this business dun work.

I have tried almost every possible ways to make business blooms but it looks like it is not possible to sell CoCo Lamps and get rich in Singapore.

My heart sank to the bottom of the Sea, at least now.

Disappointment

Today is the 2nd Day of the Classified Dating Services.

No one came to register and I have been slamming flies all day long.

I wonder why people dun appreciate my CoCo Lamps? Are they not unique? Not special? Looks like this time, I am in deep shit. My Bank Account is running negative and there is no sign of improvement.

I hope I will not drag Leon into this deep shit as I dun like to see him getting hurt both emotionally and financially.

I will try my best to persuade more people to join my Singles Club.

Lemz Holistic

I have officially changed my Company Name to Lemz Holistic since last Thursday. I hope this name wil bring us good business and luck!

This afternoon, Leon brought his Mum and 2 neighbors to the shop. I was very touched that he did so many advertising for the shop! His neighbor bought our last only display Lotus Burner. Leon quoted S$25 to her and she thought it was very expensive but nevertheless, she still bought one burner and 1 Lavendar Essential Oil.

I really hope Business can get well through the dating services but till now, there is no response from the public. I will not give up!

Match-Making Cum Dating Agency

Last Thursday, I converted our original Videography Company to Match-Making cum dating Agency.

I also signed a Contract with SPH for 3 months advertising on their Classified so that I can get a 10 percent discount.

Today is the first day the Dating Advertisement appear on Paper. No response so far.

Never mind, life still carries on and I am sure Business will get better.

U Weekly Advertorial

Today, I picked up a copy of U Weekly knowing my Advertorial will appear in this issue.

I am a bit disappointed as the Advertorial appeared on the left page instead of the usual right page.

I spent the whole day sitting in the shop surfing websites with no potential walk-ins.

Leon has always given me the strength to carry on as he believes both of us can make it for our retail shop.

Ah Haw & Ah Lai

Received a call at 12pm from Ah Lai. He said he is coming over to my retail office this afternoon with Ah Haw and a friend.

Ah haw has passed me 2 albums and he proposed me to market for him at $900 and $1100. I have dfficulty as his works are not to the market expectation. Perhaps he can sell that pakage in Malaysia but I doubt he can sell the same in Singapore.

Albert Chua of Ever After has seen his work and he could not appreciate Ah Haw's work. He discourages me to work with him as it will affect my overall image as a High End Videography Company. He has his points.

I always find it hard to reject people. I do not know how I should put my words to Ah Haw and Ah Lai that I am not using their services. I think they wil be hurt. Maybe our friendship will be affected too!

That is Life!

Business in Retail has been bad since Day 1. I wonder what goes wrong.

I am pending U Weekly to assist in the promotion. If that fails, we will pay for 1 last month in June and will kiss the shop Goodbye.

I really can't bear to close the shop so soon as we have only just started but Leon is right, I cannot sell off my Simei Condo just because of this Business. I would have ended up with nothing. At least, I still have a roof to stay. I must be contented.

And I know I sill have Leon!

Business comes and go. We never know what brings us the luck, what brings us the downfall. Nevertheless, if we never tried, we will forever dun know the result. At least now, we know, we have tried! No Regrets!

I just passed the artwork for the new name cards to Regent for an order of 100 pieces which is 1 Box. They charge S$16 special price for me. Usual will be S$18.00.

The new name cards will be mainly for Lemz 121 Clients. As I will be handling Love Cupid and Holistic Counselling, I would say a separate name card with no retail mentioned on it will be better.

Leon is so cute. I asked him how do people usually write their BA or BSc and he sent me a few scanned examples through email. I thought he is already very busy and yet he still spare time to scan and email to me as reference.

I hope Lemz 121 will be a success.

Running a business is really not easy.

My business at Sunshine Plaza still remains same. Not much improvement.

I book an Ad for this Sat. Classified for Sales Exec. I hope to employ one girl to market our lamps product. If that fails, then I will surrender but .... not yet, I still have a match making plans to proceed!

I even do counselling at my shop and hopefully all these will help in my business!

Bangkok Trip 19th to 23rd April 2007

How time flies!

I was preparing to fly Bangkok last Thursday and today is Thursday again!

Leon and me flew to Bangkok last Thursday night via Swiss Air and stayed at Twins Tower Hotel for 4 nights. Lily tagged along.

I felt bad for her as we cannot accompany her on Friday. We had to visit the Trade Fair with Sureemas and we had no choice but to leave her alone. She cannot walk that much as she is easily tired. Bangkok weather is not for her. She followed us to Chatuchak on Saturday and she almost melted under the super hot weather. She made an U Turn at the entrance of Chatuchak and speed off to Siam Paragon for the Aircon Comfort.

Sureemas brought all of us for Dinner near her old office, Patco. It was a far journey but the food is delicious!

Lily seems to enjoy the food very much.

After dinner, she felt weak and tired. She said it could be due to the beer. She dropped the plan to visit the A-go-Go Boys that night. She slept early.

Sureemas brought us to the Floating market on Sunday morning. No, not exactly morning as we reached there around 11pm and the weather was terribly HOT! Lily loved the noodles and she ate 2 bowls. What a big eater!

After that, we went to the Lychee Plantation to buy Lychee.

The lychees grow on the trees in such a beautiful manner that one just cannot bear to eat but somehow, we ate a lot of lychees over there.

As usual, Sureemas and her elder sister made some new friends over there and stayed for almost 4 hours for chit chat. The 3 of us also happily take the time to relax.

We had dinner at Sureemas House. The food is normal and I really dun believe Sureemas can cook after trying her food at her house.

I still prefer to eat out!

That last night, I brought Lily to the Boys Bar and she finally get to see what the money boys are. They performed naked show such as showering erotically on stage and even fucking too!

I told Lily, Boy 84 is handsome and good. She also fell in love with Boy 84 but she has no courage to talk to him.

Maybe next time, when she has more money, she will book one of the boys to accompany her in Bangkok or even bring him back to Singapore!

We dragged our feet to the airport on Monday afternon. 2 hours flight and we reached Singapore again!

Looking forward to the next holiday at Bangkok.

Facts of Life

It has been more than 2 weeks since I last blogged.

I am really very moody these few days.

I have been very busy. Yes, very busy with the setup of the retail shop at Sunshine Plaza.

Lem has been very helpful. He helped me unconditionally again in all stages of shifting including sitting at the back of the cramped badly ventillated lorry.

Straits Times was very helpful. I managed to get the Hot Spot on Friday the 13th April. I paied aprox $900 for the internal Ad Space and they gave the Hot Spot as a thrown in Package. Perhaps it is really a curse! I only have 7 calls on that day enquiring on our products. It dun really help much. I should say nothing at all.

I was a bit disappointed but thanks to Lem, he encourages me by looking forward and consoling me by saying Business has its Ups and Downs. He is right. I am now in Downs and I should look forward to the climbing up process.

Over the past weekends, his time is almost fully devoted to the shop. His friends came and support him. I dare not ask my relatives nor friends to drop by as I am afraid of failures. I guess I can only throw a party when business picks up officially. I do not know when and dun ask me when...

If I am not so persistent over the setting up of this retail shop, I would not have loaned a big amount through Lem's account. I feel deeply debted to him.

Perhaps I am too stubborn, I only thought of myself. I only want to succeed and ean lots of money but I never exactly think how I should earn and what steps to take.

I regret now but there is no turning back for me now. I can only look foward and continue my journey.

We have come to an agreement if business dun pick up, we will close the shop rather than I sell the Condo. I will keep the Condo.

I do not want Lem to incur any unnecessary losses through my mistake.

If he dun know me, his life will be better I guess.

He will not have to commit so many unnecessary loan.

Bios Life

Last Thursday, attended Bios Life Franshisee talk with Leon at his MLM Company.

The drink is supposed to lower cholesterol and helps in diabetes.

Leon signed as one.

On Saturday, both of us went for the 90 days challenge blood test. This is to make sure that the drink helps if not, we can ask for refunds.

Hopefully the drinks help us.

Peter - Daylight Pictures

My relationship with Peter was worsened on 18th March 2007.

I have rejected a few of his clients because the dates and prices dun match my expectation.

he has been quoting too low and I am seriously too tired to accept such assignments.

He asked me for last year Commission and I told him some clients have been given too low price and it is impossible to give him the comms. Even his cousins asked for discount and now he is asking for commission on the jobs done on his cousins.

I will ask the Cousins to pay for the commission if his wife or his so-called accountant called me. Lem who is also my accountant will talk to her.

His last cheque to me which was S$500.00 was not signed and I have to send back to him for signature.

I dun wish to work with him again. Forever.

Urinating Blood

Meimei has been urinating blood for the past 2 months.

I am very worried and I do not know what to do.

Should I bring her to vet or let her recover by herself?

She is still active and is eating well but I am not sure how she is feeling.

I am worried the medical fees will cost a bomb again.

Her last medical treatment in December cost me S$600.00.

I will pend for my next pay cheque to be cleared then I bring Meimei to see Vet if she is still not ok.

Shop or No Shop?

These few days, I am very lost.

I do not know why the retail shops I aim always give me lots of problems.

I have rejected Albert Court Hotel and is taking a unit at Sunshine Plaza but the current Tenant of Sunshine Plaza is not willing to move and looks like she will hates me for moving in.

The current Tenant is dealing with hairdressing and beauty massages. I dun know if that is pure massages or ... "you know i know type"

If I were to rent that unit, her sister who is 2 units away is operating a Sharks Fin Shop and I might get abusive remarks everytime when they passed by my shop. I have wild imagination. I hope that is still my imagination. Haha...

If I dun take any shop now, I do not know where and how I can sell the goods at my Living Room now.

I dun like alcohol so no comments on that.

Some Photographers are damn bad. They can request those in front to move away so that they can take the perfect shots. They have forgotten that those in front are also trying to take the perfect shots too! Disgusting ppl.

Lem even got scolded by one photographer on 18th March as he accidentally blocked his view. Poor Lemmie... Not much money on this job and yet still get scolding.

It cost S$1,199 with 2 lenses and a free additional battery!

Quite a good buy!

Goodbye Albert Court Hotel

Finally, I have learnt to let go!

Albert Court Hotel has been giving me lots of problems since Day 1.

The unit at 01-02 did not reinstate to original and Far East whom was the Management Company did not reply me on the condition.

I always believe when we let go of something, we will recover something better soon!

Last night, while shopping at HMV Citilink, we saw Piano Spa and Bandari Series New Age CDs.

We think such CDs can sell at our shop so I tried my best to find out whom I can buy the CDs from and luckily, I managed to trace out 2 Suppliers.

Once our shop is opened, I can call them to supply us those CDs at Retailer's Price.

Straits Times Display Ads

Called Straits Times today to find out the rates for display Ads on their Saturday Life Section.

They will charge me S$4K plus for 1/4 page.

If I take 1/8 page, that will be S$2.5K.

Quite costly but no choice, now is the time to place Ads for my Coco Lamps.

I am really worried Noi will assign someone else as their Singapore Agent. They have shifted their office to a more convenient place in the city and I am really worried someone will buy and import the same products before we do.

Hope everything turns out smoothly.

IT Show 2007

Went to IT Show last evening with Lem.

Nothing special. Actually wanted to find a camera phone and sign up a mobile contract but surprisingly, none of the service provider has the offer.

Got 1 Shaw Movie Ticket and S$5 Mac Voucher free. Not bad.

Had Fish Soup at Marina Square and had "Dessert" at Macdonald.

Hope there will be more great deals on handphone this Saturday.

Just realised there is this magazine by SPH which is published monthly.

I think I can place Ads on this magazine to promote my Coco Lamps.

They charge S$3K plus GST for one issue.

They have a circulatiion of 27K copies and with a readership of 59K.

If I have 1K clients from there who will buy the Coco Tree, I will make a gross sales of S$1,980 * 1000 = S$1,980,000

I must be dreaming.

Who will buy such expensive Tree from me?

I will be contented if I can have 500 Clients from the magazine. Half of that is good enough.

I will catch a copy of the magazine later.

J.B. Wedding Videography

Abel who was my Ex Client recommended me to his friend for a Wedding Videography.

I am quite reluctant to take up this deal as it requires me to go to J.B. on 1st May, Labour's Day on an early morning.

They will arrange transport for me from Woodlands Custom to J.B. and of cos back to Singapore but I think this deal is too harsh for me.

I have been choosy and selecting Clients ever since the beginning of this year. I do not want to overwork myself and sometimes do not get paid by nasty couples.

As this Couple requires Express Highlights and it looks like a rush wedding, I will not be able to take up this deal.

Morning ends at 1.30pm and evening begins at 7pm. Less than 6 hours of interval. Too much stress to handle.

My Maternal Grandma vs My Evil Mother!

During the Chinese New Year, I saw my mum at my grandma's place. I did not talk to her nor did she. She did not give me Ang Bao as usual and I never craved for that too!

My grandma later asked me if she gave. I said "No" and she said my mum is poor now. She is working long hours helping to sell satay at Hawker Centre.

I am not interested to hear or know about all these. She has been leading a good life as a Mistress for many years at Geylang with a Pimp and now the Pimp is dead, she is receiving her retribution! I dun think I am doing anything which is wrong. She did not care for me nor love me. Why should I care for her?

I have no feelings for her.

I dislike this topic and I hope my grandma will stop talking about it as she does not know the story behind my sufferings years ago.

Damaged Coco Lamps

Yesterday, I emailed Noi on 2 of the damaged Coco Lamps.

As usual, she said I must ship back to her if I want full refund. If not, it will only be half price of the actual cost to be compensated.

I have no choice but to accept the latter as I am at her mercy now. I am hoping that her products can sell in this competitive Singapore Market.

FujiFilm Photo Developing Kiosk

This morning, I called FujiFilm to make enquiry on their Photo Developing Kiosk.

They told me it will cost S$10K and each paper will cost around 28 cents. Recommended Charging per piece to customer is 50 cents.

I would say for a small shop like ours at Albert Court Hotel, it is very impossible for us to break even the cost.

Imagine, even if we can print 100,000 Pcs 4R, that is only S$5K collection. Minus away the cost, I make only 2.2K. I still have to include electricty and operation cost.

I think I must give up the idea on developing Photos in the shop.

Too expensive!

Lily's Haunted Apartment ... Again!

Lily told me the female ghost at her Bayshore Park Condo has managed to follow her to Loyang Valley.

I was very shocked!

It happened on the night when Vasu did not come home and Lily sensed a lady sitting at the living room while she was walking to the kitchen for water. She did not see the lady but she said she can sensed the lady appearance through her mind.

Later, she approached some friends and they recommended her 3 Thai Monks to her house. They chanted and prayed in her house during the Chinese New Year period.

I dun think they are good.

When I asked what happened later, Lily told me the monks brought the ghost to Sembawang and set her free. Lily chose that place as she said Sembawang is very far from Loyang Valley which is at Changi. Haha... That sounds very funny!

She paid around S$600.

Later she told me, Vasu left her again and this time, it was a whole duration of 14 days.

Sometimes, I really pity her.

They searched houses together just like a newly wed couple. They shop for furnitures at Ikea but later things turns out to be so bad.

Even if Vasu comes back this time, I think they are still not compatible.

Lily is still a mistress. Vasu still have wife and children in India.

Happiness can never happen.

Louis & Tess

Lestin filmed a Wedding Couple by the name of Louis and Tess last year October. They booked through me. I did their editing.

Louis is a very funny man. He refused to pay me cash nor transfer me the money and I had to keep his DVD until he pay. He did pay but that was many weeks later.

He sent me email a few days ago telling me his DVDs are corrupted. What the hell is that? DVDs corrupted?

I have never heard anything from my Ex Clients that my DVDs gave them problems.

He is very rude. He just say it is corrupted and wants me to send him another set.

I ignored his email and I will wait for his call then I will burn him a copy.

I dun think it is my DVD's fault as it has been more than 3 months since he has the DVDs.

Someone could have damaged the Discs and he just wanted complimentary copies.

Lem's Birthday Treat at Merchant Court Hotel

Had a wonderful Buffet dinner at Merchant Court on Lem's Birthday.

It cost him $76 for 2 because they served New Year Food.

We had a 3 hours dinner sitting outside the restaurant beside the river chatting.

I told him I really need to buck and do some marketing for the business if I really have the shop.

I must try to make money and not wasting my time by sleeping.

As expected, Sealan was unable to provide a bare original unit today.

Kumar who was Ong KT's assistant wanted me to sign the takeover but I very reluctantly refused. Luckily, Ong came at the last minute just like Superman coming to rescue me.

He told Sealan the glue stain on the floor has to be painted. He will also ask his men to tear down all fall ceiling lights and additional power points which are not supposed to be in the unit.

I am so happy that Far East has such a good staff!

Now, I will pend for all these things to be completed before I can commence my business.

Lem's 34th Birtrhday!

Today is Lem's 34th Birthday!

I guessed he must have worked very late yesterday. He called me at 1.30am fom his office but I was sleeping like a pig already.

Poor Lemmie!

His work must be very tough and therefore he always have to work late.

I am also very bad. I always ask him to help me this and that despite his busy schedule at work.

I hope with this new shop, I will be able to be more independent and hopefully, make some money for me and for him.

Must buy Infinity this year!

Sealan Vs Auntie

Yvonne from Far East called me today. She told me something which really shocked me! Sealan is not the nephew of the so-called aunt. He is only an Employee and yet he has the guts to decide on the handover for the shop.

Yvonne told me the lady boss is not going to return in original condition and wants me to accept with 1 week fitting period. I told Yvonne I am no longer interested in this Roti Prata flipping here and there. I insisted to have the original bare condition. I dun bother who the lady boss now is. Sealan is a liar.

Sealan wanted to ask for takeover fees and keep the money for himself I guessed. He did not tell his aunt about the takeover fees that initially offered but was rejected by him as he think it's too low. Then he said he will rather return in original condition for the shop space. I am of cos very happy to accept original condition. I hate that dirty carpet and the smell. I rather have cemeted flooring which can gives out a rustic peaceful feel.

Let's wait and see if anything good happens tomorrow. I asked Sealan not to call me on the neg. for 1 week fitting period. He should tell Far East and let Far East decide. I already stated my stand that I need 2 weeks.

That is why I called him, Mr Roti Prata. Takeover date I supposed have to change again.

Counting Down ...

Yvonne from Far East called me yesterday. She told me Landlord always will win in a contract agreement. I told her I dun need to win, I just want a fair deal in the tenancy agreement.

I am now waiting for her to finalise on the rental details so that I can sign on 1st March 2007. Hope Sealan has cleared all his things and has reinstate to original condition.

I dun have much hopes to take over on 1st as Sealan did not do anything on the last Saturday. I went there to have a look after a dinner with relatives at Bt Panjang. 3rd Aunt striked 4D and she bought everyone a dinner at a nearby coffeeshop near her flat. It was a nice treat and all of us enjoyed the meal.

Saw my mum but I dun have the mood to talk to her.

Maybe I still hate her.

Counting down to 1st March and my dream of owning a small retail shop will realise soon!
